ANA Airlines Baggage Policy

Flying with All Nippon Airways (ANA) becomes a lot smoother if you know the baggage rules in advance. Here’s what you need to keep in mind before your trip:

Checked Baggage

  • First Class: 3 bags, up to 32 kg (70 lbs) each.

  • Business Class: 2 bags, up to 32 kg each.

  • Premium Economy & Economy: 2 bags, up to 23 kg (50 lbs) each.

  • Size Rule: Each bag must not exceed 158 cm (62 in) in total dimensions (L+W+H).

 Carry-On Baggage

  • You may bring 1 carry-on bag plus 1 personal item (like a laptop bag, purse, or camera).

  • Size Limit: 55 × 40 × 25 cm (not more than 115 cm total).

  • Weight Limit: Up to 10 kg combined.

 Special Notes

  • Codeshare flights may follow the baggage rules of the operating airline.

  • Oversized or overweight bags will lead to extra fees.

  • Sports gear and special items may need advance arrangements.

General Airline Baggage Advice

  • Economy class usually gets 1 free checked bag (20–23 kg).

  • Premium & Business often allow 2+ checked bags (up to 32 kg each).

  • Low-cost airlines may charge extra for checked bags—often only carry-on is free.

  • Always double-check your ticket for exact rules to avoid surprise costs.

SAS Airline Travel Highlights

  • Always check visa and entry requirements for your destination.

  • Make sure the name on your ticket matches your ID.
